Erie Insurance agent, Kim, was able to facilitate help for our basement flooding incident very quickly. We were very pleased with the arrangements made as the rooms were very wet. Within 2 days the cleaning crew had finished and set up heaters and drying fans. Very professional services overall. Questions were answered and solutions happened. Ron and Kim done a fantastic job getting me insurance when I needed it fairly urgently in a short time period. Very professional and went through every detail with me as they worked on getting the right amount of coverage and explaining the coverage in detail for me to understand. I was struggling to find others that would help find and get quotes for my niche business (drive-in movie business) and they got it done in the timeframe I needed with no adjustments needed after initial discussions and information was sent over.
