People are aware of the danger of drowning in a pool and most take actions to prevent that occurrence. What people don’t think about are other pool injuries. People can be injured or even killed if their body, hair, jewelry or clothes get caught up in the drain.

You’re already running late for work. You pull out your keys, hop in your car, turn the key and…nothing. Great. Now what? Before you call for help there are some things you can check yourself. Make sure the steering wheel isn’t locked. Check to see if you’re out of gas.

I’ve often wished I had a crystal ball so I could know exactly what the future holds. Unfortunately, we can’t know for sure what will happen in the future. The best we can do is try to be prepared for what might happen.

Many people think that their insurance company will automatically provide a rental car for them if they have full coverage. This is usually not the case. First of all, you usually have to add an endorsement to your policy to have coverage for a rental vehicle.

Most people think that the older their car is, the cheaper it should be to insure. That’s not always true. It’s true if you total an old vehicle, you will get less money than you would for a new one, but if you damage an old vehicle, it costs just as much to repair it

Usually, if something falls into your yard and damages your property, you are responsible. As with any damage, you’ll need to decide if it is worth filing a claim or not. Obviously, if the tree hit your house and took a big chunk out of it, you will want to file a claim.
