Mrs. Agent’s Super Simple Crockpot Chicken

This recipe literally takes 5 minutes to prepare! Let it cook all day (8hrs if you want) and the chicken will absolutely fall apart. Best part is, you can be on your merry way enjoying the weather, swimming with the kiddos, just about anything but slaving over a hot stove.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts – I use the frozen breasts from the bag either from Giant Eagle or Walmart
  • 2 cans of Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup – The Agent does NOT like mushrooms, so I go with the Cream of Chicken :/
  • Half an envelope of Lipton Onion soup mix – you could use the whole envelope, but I have found that it is too salty if I do. So save yourself the sodium and money and just use the envelope for the next time you make this recipe….and trust me you will!!
  • 1 onion sliced or diced – whichever you prefer.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spray your crockpot with a non-stick cooking spray. I have found that they now make a coconut oil spray! How fabulous! Another route to healthiness!
  2. Add your frozen chicken breasts
  3. Add in onion
  4. Mix together your soup and Lipton onion soup mix and pour over chicken and onion
  5. Turn crockpot on low and GO!!
